Who you are dealing with
https://aicyberbrief.com ("the Site") is published by ASKING GALAXY SRL, CIF 45643049, registered at Registrul Comerțului under J3/382/2022, with its registered office at Str. Dobrești, Nr. 306, Sat Dobrești, Comuna Dobrești, Județul Argeș, 117365, Romania ("we", "us"). By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
What the Site is
The Site publishes editorial briefings about artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. Access is free and requires no account. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, including the newsletter.
No professional advice
Our content is journalism, not security consultancy, legal advice or investment advice. Vulnerability descriptions, mitigation notes and vendor statements are summaries of public reporting at a point in time. Before acting on anything you read here, verify it against the vendor's own advisory and your own risk assessment. You remain solely responsible for decisions you take about your systems.
Accuracy and corrections
We aim to be accurate and we correct mistakes openly — see About for how we source and correct briefs. Even so, the Site is provided "as is": we do not warrant that every statement is complete, current or error-free, and reporting about live incidents is revised as facts emerge. If you find an error, tell us at office@askinggalaxy.com.
Intellectual property
The briefs, the site design, the logo and the name "AI Cyber Brief" are ours or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and related rights.
You may, without asking us:
- read, print and share links to our pages;
- quote short extracts for the purposes of review, criticism, teaching or news reporting, provided you credit "AI Cyber Brief" and link to the original article.
You may not, without our written permission:
- republish a brief in full or in substantial part, on any platform;
- systematically scrape, mirror or bulk-copy the Site, or use its content to train machine learning models;
- present our content as your own, or remove attribution.
Our RSS feed is provided for personal reading and for aggregators that link back to the original article; it is not a licence to republish full texts.
Third-party material and links
Briefs cite external sources and frequently link to vendor advisories, research papers and other publications. Those sites are outside our control; we are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. Trade marks mentioned belong to their respective owners, and their use here is for identification and commentary only.
Acceptable use
When using the Site, the newsletter or the contact form, you agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure;
- interfere with its normal operation, including denial-of-service attempts, automated request floods or circumventing rate limits;
- submit unlawful, defamatory, malicious or deliberately misleading content;
- subscribe an email address that is not yours.
If you want to report a security issue in the Site itself, email office@askinggalaxy.com. We welcome good-faith reports and will not pursue researchers who act responsibly, avoid harming users and give us a reasonable chance to fix the problem before disclosure.
Newsletter
The newsletter is opt-in and confirmed by email. You can unsubscribe from any issue with one click. We do not sell, rent or share subscriber addresses — see the Privacy Policy.
Advertising
The Site may carry advertising. Where it does, advertising is clearly distinguishable from editorial content, and advertisers have no influence over what we publish or how we report on them.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Romanian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights under Romanian and EU consumer protection law.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the current version is always the one on this page, with its "last updated" date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes fall to the competent courts of Romania, unless mandatory consumer rules give you the right to bring proceedings where you live.
